Through STAR-Ghana Foundation’s AVID-2 project, Maaltaaba convenes two stakeholder meetings with the Talensi and Nabdam Districts Social Welfare & Community Development officers, SSNIT officers, and NHIS officers to sensitize Maaltaaba women’s groups on how to access the various social protection schemes. These meetings also looked at how the women can overcome the barriers associated with access faced by marginalized women in rural communities and proposed practical solutions for their inclusion.
